HOW TO ADD YOUR BUSINESS TO OUR LIST
On the toolbar located along the top of the page select the link labeled “Add A Site”. Then simply fill in the form with the details about your company. Write down your username and password so that you can return in the future if you want to edit your listing. When you are finished select the button located at the bottom of the form labeled “Submit Site”. Your business is now added to the directory!

RECIPROCAL LINK URL:
One of the questions in the “Add A Site” form is “Reciprocal Link URL”. In this space you should insert the URL location on your website where you have added a link back to our web site. Although a reciprocal link is not required at this time, the reason you want to do this is because it will increase your ranking in the “What’s Cool” section of our business directory. Those businesses that refer a lot of visitors back to our website get the highest ranking in this list. This is an easy way for you to promote your business to the 1000’s of visitors to our website.

POSSIBLE HACK ATTEMPT ERROR MESSAGE
If you receive the error message “Possible Hack Attempt” when entering your business listing it is because you have used one of the following illegal characters in your Site URL, Site Description, Username, Password, or Hint fields. The illegal characters are: - ! # $ % & \ '" * + \\ . < - > = ? ^_`{|} Simply reenter your information without these illegal characters.

EDITING YOUR SITE
Adjacent to your new listing there is a link labeled “edit site”. If you click on this link a window will open asking you to enter your username and password that you used when you first created your directory listing. After entering your username and password a window will open allowing you to edit your business listing information.

CATEGORIES
We have built a reasonable selection of categories into the directory. Should you believe that your site would be better positioned in to a new category, please contact us and we will consider adding the category.

REPORTING PROBLEMS
Should you identify a problem with any of the sites listed in this directory, i.e. Broken links, please email us with full details.

Your organization must be located in Northwest Indiana and have a website.

Sites must have their own domain name e.g., http://www.yoursite.com (.biz, .org, etc.).

Only 1 site listing per website address is allowed.

We include listings at our discretion and reserve the right to remove any listing where the listing or linked web pages are found to contain pornography, or contain offensive or illegal material.
