I would suggest everyone read the nonsense written by Mara Candelaria Reardon and be prepared to scratch your collective heads. Her submission may quite possibly be one of the silliest collections of random thoughts ever assembled by a LC politician.

Now we can always debate the merits of tax credit directed towards job creation, however I think that focusing on hiring the unemployed would be better than hiring what????? the already employed?????
