I find it highly unusual that Todd Kabella had to go before the CP council last month to complain about the shabby clean up job that the city does after accidents in front of his home on Main street. Now why would I think that? The company that has the contract to do such work is John Marshall's Towing company Midnight Blue. Supposedly, John Marshall lives 2 doors down from Todd Kabella on Main street. So, if he really did live there, Todd could have just walked down the street to tell him about the problem without having to make a trip to a city council meeting. So where does this city planning commission appointed member live? Perhaps Hebron? And if he does live in Hebron why would Uran appoint a non-resident to the planning commission and give him a towing contract? More to come..... |

Why would Marshall not claim the homestead exemption on 205 S. Main Street? |

Should someone who doesn't live in the city and has a lucrative contract with the city, serve on a city commission? |

Is Marshall now being shakin down to rent space from big uran macedonian contributor? If Marshall doesn't rent the space will Big Jimmy D be back with his own towing company to rent the space so favors can be paid back to the macedonian for the big contributions? Will Marshall suddenly lose his contract when Jimmy D arrives on the scene? |
