You can use 2 eggs, 3, or 4 eggs and simply add more flour & milk accordingly. Look it up, most crepe recipes call for two eggs.

It's all about consistency edge. Which still makes it one egg short. My recipe is straight from Poland, not some website. Never had to look it up and never will. I've got the perfect blend that doesn't require a bunch of dickering around with a whisk and some online recipe's that lacks consistency.

Anyhow, you haven't answered any of our questions since you first put that taliban article up. :smt006

You just proved you're clueless when it comes to cooking. You can end up with the same consistency & the "perfect blend" by simply using less flour & milk. It doesn't make any difference how many eggs are used. It's irrelevant, you can use 2 eggs or 24, it all depends how much batter you want. People that actually know how to cook know that. Obiviously you're a dumbbell that does not.
