Never mind that everything I post from there has links to genuine news articles that back up their points.

You may now resume your favorite position

There is a lot more but it's drifting this thread off topic. (Sorry, Arclight)
This is the hate filled website Artie the Troll hangs out at.

:puke:

The Kos Problem

The Washington Times runs a piece today by Robert Goldberg that does a lot to put the commotion over the YearlyKos convention--which will see appearances by all the Dem candidates with the exception of Joe Biden--into perspective.

Eyal Rosenberg [...] resigned as a diarist for the DailyKos on May 9 after in his words "all the Israel Hate spewing out of one too many diaries around here." As he wrote in his last post: "with this last post: Reading these past months on dkos has led me to believe that people here, under the 'progressive' banner, support views that end up in one place: Me dead."

Mr. Rosenberg is not the only one they want to kill. Recently, a DailyKos diarist suggested "gassing Joe Lieberman like a dog." This exchange followed:

"I know you didn't mean it that way, but a reference to gassing a Jew needs to be hidden.

"I hope you will join me in asking that this comment be hidden and that there will not be a pile on. I will find some other comments of yours and uprate to make up for this."

Jew gassing is something to be hidden or uprated (whatever that means) but nothing to be ashamed of at the DailyKos.

Dean Barnett has written for THE WEEKLY STANDARD in the past on the thinly veiled anti-Semitism that bubbled up at the site during last summer's war between Israel and Hezbollah:

One diarist labeled Israel "a destabilizing force in the region" and saw "no difference between Iran's support of Hezbollah and Hamas in the form of finances and even arms and The United States' financial support of Israel." Before modifying this diary into a more moderate form, the author opened his essay with the declaration, "Israel is showing the entire world why the Iranian President was absolutely right to suggest that Israel cease being a sovereign state as is."

The early poll numbers I'm hearing doesn't bode too well for grampa McSame's choice as VP. Only 29% think she's ready to be President and women aren't all that impressed with her.

I can't wait to hear Obiden start running his mouth and say something stupid.
It should take all of about 2 seconds.

Poorly educated shift worker posts results of online polls that are worthless. How sad.

PRINCETON, NJ -- Gallup Poll Daily tracking from Aug. 28-30, including two days of interviewing since the close of the Democratic National Convention, finds Barack Obama with a six percentage point lead over John McCain in the presidential contest, 48% to 42%.

You want Gallup?

You got it!

Poll: Convention lifts McCain over Obama

WASHINGTON — The Republican National Convention has given John McCain and his party a significant boost, a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll taken over the weekend shows, as running mate Sarah Palin helps close an "enthusiasm gap" that has dogged the GOP all year.

McCain leads Democrat Barack Obama by 50%-46% among registered voters, the Republican's biggest advantage since January and a turnaround from the USA TODAY poll taken just before the convention opened in St. Paul. Then, he lagged by 7 percentage points.

The convention bounce has helped not only McCain but also attitudes toward Republican congressional candidates and the GOP in general.

"The Republicans had a very successful convention and, at least initially, the selection of Sarah Palin has made a big difference," says political scientist Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia. "He's in a far better position than his people imagined he would be in at this point."

As usual, you left out the important part....
Quote:
However, in an analysis of the impact of political conventions since 1960, Sabato concluded that post-convention polls signal the election's outcome only about half the time. "You could flip a coin and be about as predictive," he says. "It is really surprising how quickly convention memories fade."

You just might be looking at a dead cat bounce.
