Yeah I'll explain it. I'm living in 2011. I love your messed up logic. Bin Laden isn't killed during the Clinton years, so that's a Clinton failure. Bin Laden is killed during the Obama years, but he has no claim to the victory. So as long as we're living in the past here I guess according to your "logic" Bush can't claim victory to Saddam since he didn't kill him with his bare hands. Does that explain enough, moron?

I don't recall President George W. Bush gloating over how HE captured Saddam Hussein. He gave credit to the military.
