I guess I didn't read down far enough. Surprised nobody has mentioned it yet.
Near the end of the law it explains that after 2014 people over 65 who are not elected to public office or a government worker and all patients in nursing homes will be taken by aliens to a wonderful paradise where they will live forever in perfect health so they can tell their life stories and share our culture with their young on their home planet. This will not only remove their financial burden on our healthcare system but will allow them to leave the government their remaining assets for redistribution as they will no longer have need of them.
And in exchange the aliens will give us this wonderful new protein food that will end world hunger. It's called Soylent Green.

If you voted for the Dems don't be surprised when things don't turn out quite as you were led to expect. Some might call it pure Marxism. But the problem with Obama economics is there's not enough money in the world to make it work.
