The mceam is upset because mcmayor whined on WJOB Friday that no one asks how the Pierogi Fest did financially.
The director of the Whiting Robertsdale Chamber happened to be on the air after McDermott so I called and asked her. They make money on their Fest, unlike Hammond.
For some reason the mcteam seems to think this is an unfair comparison.

Was she asked to leave the Pierogifest shortly after arriving? A Whiting police officer told me that she had some kind of problem and was asked to leave Whiting and not come back. Something to do with free food.


I didn't even go to the Fest this year.

I was unable to hear just how it is they make this money. I dont doubt that there is money being made but how does the Town of Whiting make money from this fest?

The problem is with the people who devote their lives full-time to trashing a private citizen. Once you get a handle on the types who are her most avid detractors, you'll see what I mean.

As opposed to those who devote their time to non private citizens? People that are OCD are not bound by types. Their obsessions can be for elected or non-elected types.

They are one and the same. Those posters who suffer from Freetime Derangement Syndrome are essentially the same ones who suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome and Palin Derangement Syndrome. It's possible they suffer from OCD, but more than likely they are just basic assholes to begin with.
So, the Mensa board is rich with people whose afflictions can be reduced to acronyms - OCD, FDS, BDS, and PDS - not to mention Artie and the administrator, who suffer additionally from PMS.

So whats the acronym for the McDermott haters? MDS? I think I will stick with basic assholes.
