The City of Gary is preparing a unilateral speech regarding entrance / exit 10 in the city of Gary that if accepted will be the first UNI GOV operation in Lake county.

It will have to come under the auspices of the North West Indiana Regional Planning Commission.
A traffic study is needed ASAP until something has been worked out all the cities and towns of of Lake County need to send Officers and Patrol Cars for traffic duty to work at exit 10 to expedite rush hour traffic detouring on and off Cline Avenue the question is will they be under control of the city of Gary or Lake County Emergency Management?
