Northwest Indiana Discussion

I live in an apartment complex and I have began to see an alarming trend in families doubling and tripling up in 2 bedroom units.

I have had to speak with some about the level of noise and them breaching security doors because they don't have keys and the management has told me they are aware of it and are taking measures. (okie dokes)

I have just saw one neighbor decide to move instead of giving up her new car .

I see more and more women coming back home to their mothers and children running wild in our retirement community

We have neighbors like that - more adults than children in the house suddenly this summer.
