In my opinion we can solve the problems of: 1) portability of healthcare from job to job, 2) covering preexisting illnesses and 3) insuring the 20 million uninsured (not illegal aliens or those who can afford but choose not to obtain insurance) without destroying the best quality healthcare in the world.

Capping malpractice damages nationwide like we do in Indiana could reduce defensive medicine. That could provide adequate funds to insure the 20 million people currently uninsured.

There was not any "death panel" bullshit removed from the bill moron, there was a voluntary provision in one of the House bills that allowed Medicare to reimburse people for consultations about end-of-life care, setting up living wills, the availability of hospice, etc.

that's a good point...one of Obamas objectives is to hasten the departure of the baby Boomers and clear their names from the Social Security Rolls...

Another reason why he is going after small business...especially the ones that have survived over 20-30 years... they have a pretty good cash reserve that must be depleted BEFORE they organize....this will also hasten the collection of estate taxes....and besides...these folks have a WEALTH of KNOWLEDGE on just about everything...the idiots that voted for Obama know nothing but video games and iPods....KEEPING them stupid is all DUMBO can do.
