Anyone seen or read the memo that Indiana BMV will no longer issue Indiana Driver’s Manuals? Current manuals can be downloads from BMV’s web site, since manuals dispensed from license branches are not current. What will the computer uneducated study is a question of no concerns? Scoring will be done on a curve based on manual used for studying, for those without access to a computer? Safer roads are just around the corner. |
