We went to the new John's Pizza in Whiting. The building that houses John's
is about 100 years old. The new owners gutted it and did a nice job rebuilding it. With all the cookie cutter, corporate owned places out there, it is nice to go to a restaurant where the owner is there with his wife, making sure
every customer is taken care of. The pizza is the same great pizza that all the John's Pizzas in the region make and is priced very responsibly. It gets very crowded on the weekends, so when we go back,we will go on a weekday.

Wow. This thread is about John's Pizza, not Old Country Buffet. If you want to post about Old Country Buffet, please make another thread about it.
