Tomorrow (Friday, March 13, 2009), Obamba's attorneys will be in court against The United States Justice Foundation. They are the frontline of those fighting to expose the truth about Obamba's lack of eligibility nullifying his presidency.

Frederic D. Woocher, head of the Strumvasser and Woocher team, Obamba's attorney firm, stated:

"Please be advised, in particular, that in the event we are forced to file a motion to quash and we prevail in that motion, we will seek the full measure of monetary sanctions provided in the Code of Civil Procedures."

That, in legal terms, is more than merely an answer to their citizenship challenge-it's a declaration of war! -WND

It will be interesting to see if our courts are finally going to do the right thing.

Barack Obama'a attorneys took another step to destroy the Constitution of the United States this time in a California State Court. Those attorneys, working with liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the Judge in that case, at a March 13, 2009. hearing to rule that only Members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Mr. Obama to serve as President.

The Judge further ruled that a challenge can only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualificqations of President...."

Further, the Court blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr. Obama!

Know what? I don't think that's legal to use court rulings to regulate Constitutional qualifications and deadlines. I'm not even certain that Congress can with anything less than a Constitutional amendment and state ratification. Although at this point I might like to see a Constitutional convention convened while there's still a small chance to bring common sense to this government structure.

Mostly by creative interpretation but this is way beyond interpretation. It's using a court to change & set Constitutional guidelines.

Justice, Supremes Confirm Getting Eligibility Challenge

The U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department today confirmed that documentation cahllenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has arrived and soon will be evaluated.

Confirmation came from Defend Our Freedoms, the foundation through which California attorney Orly Taitz has been working on a number of cases that raise questions over Obama's qualification to be president under the Constitution's demand that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen.

Taitz was informed by Karen Thornton of the Department of Justice that all of the case documents and filings have arrived and have been forwarded to the Officer of Solicitor General Elena Kagan, including three dossiers and the Quo Warranto case.

"Coincidentally, after Dr. Taitz called me with that update, she received another call from Officer Giaccino at the Supreme Court," the website posting said. "Officer Giaccino stated both pleadings have been received and [are] being analyzed now."

The report from the Supreme Court said the documents that Taitz hand-delivered to Chief Justice John Roberts at his appearance at the University of Idaho a little over a week ago also were at the Supreme Court.

It will be interesting to see if they are ready to put Marshall Law in effect long enough to calm down the messiah's followers once he is found ineligible, or if they are going to make it come down to blows in a civil war. These Americans fighting the good fight won't quit!

I personally think that they have just been putting it off long enough to figure out how in the world they would deal with the fallout of such a thing. Either way, there is gonna be chaos.
