The county has had to layoff police and Hank Adams wants to add staff and increase his budget? Funny, he never said anything about that when he was running for office. Here's a novel idea, Hank. Shut up and do your job. Demand more work work out of your employees and replace the lazy ones with new people who want the jobs.
