was sitting in Freddies the other night, when overheard two people talking about a Hammond food service contract. The story was that it only cost $30,000 for a south lake county restaurant to get a food service contract at a newly completed structure built on a hill.

They were saying the price was a bargain!

Anyone have any info on that?
