Post subject:  FBI involved in unreasonable stop investigation

This just gets better and better. I wonder if Mr. Obama got wind of this when he was in Chicago. I wonder if it is payback for some of Tom's comments on election night a few years ago?

| Region FBI agents are reviewing the recent Hammond police traffic stop that led to allegations of unreasonable force.

Bob Ramsay, a supervisory agent for the FBI's Merrillville office, confirmed Monday federal agents are reviewing the case "for any appropriate investigative action."

The city of Hammond and two officers are being sued in U.S. District Court, Hammond, by plaintiffs Jamal Jones and Lisa Mahone, both of Hammond.

Jones and Manhone allege officers Patrick Vicari and Charles Turner used excessive force during a Sept. 24 traffic stop by smashing the passenger-side window of the vehicle in which the plaintiff's were traveling and Tasering the passenger, Jones, before pulling him from the vehicle. The car had been pulled over for a seat belt violation.

Tom just doesn't look very good in this photo... seems like he's aged over night. Stuck in a job, where he just might loose the next election, Hammond's black community remebered that if comment of a few years ago, if you don't like what I do, don't vote for me.
