Lendi sits on the public works board, and has been named in 2012 litigation in a dispute with the enjoyment/use of/ordinance enforcement at 7509 Calumet Avenue Property. The news papers have somewhat brought to surface allegations of bikini clad women, loud music and shooting off fireworks, and other horrendous offenses of the 7509 occupants, but it appears to most this is an issue of increased competition for one of Tom's good friend Krazy Kaplan.
I found it interesting that Lendi is part of the same public works commission that heard a case on 04/18/13, on a leasee's use of 7509 Calumet Ave Property. No conflict at all.
