With the accounting practices highlighted by the State Board of Accounts the amount of money being spent in pass thru funds no one know how money is being spent so its for sure their isn't enough.
If you have accounting like the above, $3million plus in fines because of poor bookkeeping, legal clinics, $1million festivals with no accounting for revenue (not only parking), college bound program, a program in existence for six year which has only 60 graduates out of 450 enrollee's, no accounting for how casino money is spent, and as much legal work as you can pay for using tax payers money.... and as many hacks as who's employment you hide working for the water/sanitation department with no fiscal accounting... life is good.
Yeah, and now he wants the councilmen to pony up their allottment of the casino money. I suggest he cuts his little projects, like College Bound, which is a failure, IMO, Legal Clinic, Festival Of The Snakes, etc.
