Just a question,

Hammond is suddently in the Concert promoting business bringing acts, collecting cash at the gate for concerts. Given the record of missing cash associated with the Festival, is anyone asking a hard question regarding accountability?

And why is Hammond not in the ATM business instead of allowing Illiana ATM reportedly free rent, use of utilities? City Owned ATM machines should be located in city offices and any proceeds going to the general revenue fund.

Speaking of stuipd, did you and your merry men jump on the issue that Hammond Should not be involved in the ATM business; now it is ok to run Concerts.

Given Hammond, no excuse me, Tom's inability to account for $$$ associated with the Fest, they are going to steal more $$$$.

You know as well as everyone on this board that if there were no concerts at the Pavilion you would be shouting from the rooftops that it was a failure.
